Cancellation notice
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. Cancellations made within this window may be refunded in full or transferred to a future booking.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your session, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your appointment time. We’ll work with you to find a moment that feels right.
Late cancellations & missed appointments
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, or appointments missed without notice, are generally non-refundable. This honours the time, energy and preparation held for you.
Exceptions are always made with compassion for genuine emergencies or unexpected circumstances — please simply reach out.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.
Packages & session expiry
Multi-session packages remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions after this period are non-refundable.
